Kase Manual Transplant Conveyors provide workstation areas for your staff to transplant seedings into larger containers. Each unit consist of an aluminum conveyor slider bed with a self-tracking 10″ belt and a DC variable speed control to provide years of maintenance-free service.
The drive is fitted under the belt inside the head plates with the control box, creating a compact unit without any awkward projections below the belt. These units are lightweight for ease of handling, and many options are offered to fit the needs of any grower. Each end of the Kase Transplant Conveyor bears the same connection plates and pins as our 10″ modular Model #4100 Series Conveyors, allowing you to construct a working production line.
The Model #4040 unit has a rigid tubular steel framework, four (4) adjustable height seats and four (4) individual adjustable tray holders. It is designed to operate inside the greenhouse area, and we offer optional casters or semi-pneumatic wheels for the unit to be easily moved around on a concrete floor.
The Model #4050 is the same construction as the Model #4040 but is longer, with six (6) seats and tray holders.
