The KASE N-Line filler is a rugged machine, designed for growers who use a heavier, bark or sandy potting mix and who want to achieve a high production rate of filled pots or other containers. This machine is a workhorse and features a large hopper design, holding 4-Cubic Yards of potting media. This size hopper is ideal for filling directly from a Kase 2-yard or 4-yard mixer, freeing the mixer to blend another batch of soil.

The 5661 N-Line utilizes an adjustable soil belt to convey the desired volume of potting material into a vertical soil elevator. The soil is discharged from the top of the elevator into containers as they are carried on a belt across and under the flow of material. A power auger/brush sweeps excess soil off the top of the filled container. This feature is especially ideal for flats. Excess soil falls into the soil holding hopper below, then is conveyed into the vertical elevator for recycling.

This machine can fill a variety of containers, including but not limited to 6″ pots to 7-gallon pots, hanging baskets, and a wide range of flats or shuttle trays. A variable speed drive may adjust the tray belt to meet your production needs. The highly automated production rate of the N-Line is limited only by the human element of putting on and taking off the containers from the machine.
