The KASE Super-B is a state of the art machine for filling flats or large containers quietly and precisely. The Super B is ideal for high volume production facilities using peat moss-based soils. This heavy duty machine has been designed with features to do the very best job of filling with little excess soil recycled back into the soil supply by the Soil Return Auger. It is similar to the popular Kase B-Line, but with features to automate the filling of larger containers at a higher rate per hour.

The Super-B Filler has a uni-body design, incorporating a formed steel base, an inclined soil drag conveyor with quiet UMHW paddles, and a welded steel hopper body with a capacity for a generous 2.25-Cubic Yards of media. The hopper opening allows you to fill your machine with potting media via a Kase Gobbler Large Bale Processor, front end loader or Kase Soil Conveyor.

An adjustable slide gate controls the amount of soil conveyed by the drag chain. Soil is dispensed evenly from the elevated end of the drag chain to the containers below, with a set of gates that can be adjusted to match the width of your containers. Additionally, the chain speed can be adjusted to fine tune the soil flow. This even flow provides even compaction into the containers. Rails on the pot track belt can be adjusted with ease, so changing the size of containers is a breeze with this machine.
