4022 Transplant Conveyor
Kase builds 3-distinct types of manual transplant conveyors. Each unit consist of a aluminum conveyor slider bed with self-tracking belts and a DC variable speed control for years of maintenance free service when property cared for. These units are lightweight for ease of handling and many options are offered to fit the needs of any grower. End rollers are machined from solid aluminum bar and contain sealed ball bearings operating on stainless steel shafts. The drive is fitted under the belt inside the head plates with the control box, which creates a compact unit without any awkward projections below the belt. Each end of the units have the same connection plates and pins as our 10” modular Model #4100 Series Conveyors and will attach to other conveyors in line with the transplant unit providing a working production line.

Each of the Kase Transplant Conveyor start with the variable speed self-tracking belt conveyor.
The Model #4022 has a rigid stand which adjustable height legs to be set to the proper operating height for the people using the machine. No seats are furnished with this transplant unit.
The Model #4040 unit has a rigid tubular steel framework, which has four (4) adjustable height seats and has four (4) individual adjustable tray holders. It is designed to operate inside the greenhouse area and we offer optional casters or semi-pneumatic wheels for the unit to be moved around on a concrete floor.
The Model #4050 is the same construction as the Model #4040 but is longer with six (6) seats and tray holders.
