5400 Series Sticking Stations - Dibblers
Kase builds two lengths of sticking stations. Each unit consists of a support framework with adjustable legs for choosing the elevation working height. A take away belt conveyor which is the 4100 series belt conveyor on the lower level and a double open center belt conveyor with variable speed on the top with pneumatic stops to position the incoming flats which are filled with soil ready for sticking plant material into. On each side is a stainless steel table with a cup holder for a worker to pull off the filled flat from the top conveyor and place on the table.

When finished, the flat will be pushed onto the lower belt conveyor to carry the planted flat away to the growing area. The Six Station has three stations on each side for three workers on each side for a total of six. The Twelve Station has six stations on each side for six workers on each side for a total of twelve. The Kase sticking station includes a Kase 12 ft, 4100 series incoming feed belt conveyor with a variable speed drive. This unit feeds the filled trays onto the indexing Konveyor These sticking stations are controlled with a programmable relay for the automatic stops and filling of the stations with incoming flats.
