1300 Series Fertilizer Feeders
Kase fertilizer feeders are built on a Stainless Steel construction with PVC pulleys with stainless steel shafts. The belt is a crescent top type to induce the even flow of the fertilizer. The hopper is also constructed from T-304 Stainless Steel to resist corrosion of the fertilizer. With a shut off gate which is bolted at the discharge end, it will apply an exacting portion which is needed for a continuous mix line and maintain the flow rate.

After locking in the gate burden depth, the feeder includes a variable speed motor gear drive with a controller to control the belt speed. The controller is mounting either on the feeder or in or at the control box or may be shipped loose upon request at the time the order is placed. A removable cover is may be furnished to prevent containments from entering the fertilizers. The feeders furnished with a crescent top belt or a stainless steel chain belt to convey the fertilizer. Kase can provide other types of fertilizer feeders, either smaller or an industrial larger type special built if requested.
